We started the "Reading through Colossians" series with an introductory session. After a small introduction to the theme of Colossians, we started off with Paul's greeting in Col 1:1-2.
In verse 1 we looked at the significance of Paul's calling to be an apostle of "Christ Jesus" vs. "Jesus Christ" through the will of God. Then we did a word study on "faithful" in verse 2. We saw why those "Great Bible words" are crucial for meaning-full Bible reading.
